Our Story
Renovation & fit-out, managed the way we would want it managed
Renovation 786 works with villa owners, apartment residents, landlords and businesses across Dubai who need renovation or interior fit-out work done properly — on time, on budget and without constant follow-up.
We coordinate every trade required for a project — carpentry, MEP, ceilings, partitions, flooring and painting — under one scope and one point of contact, so responsibility for the outcome never gets split between subcontractors.
We do not publish invented years-in-business figures, project counts or awards. What we can tell you honestly is how we work: free site visits, written quotations, and a named coordinator for every project.
