Villas & independent communities
Villa renovation works in gated communities such as Arabian Ranches, Emirates Hills, Dubai Hills Estate and The Springs & Meadows often involve community approvals. We coordinate this alongside the renovation schedule so on-site work starts as soon as sign-off is granted.
Apartments & towers
Apartment renovations in buildings across Dubai Marina, Downtown Dubai, Business Bay and JLT typically require building management notification and adherence to permitted working hours and lift/goods access booking, which we manage on your behalf.
Offices & commercial units
Office and retail fit-outs in Business Bay, Dubai Silicon Oasis and similar business districts are scheduled to minimise disruption to your operating hours, including after-hours or weekend works where needed.
