How long does a typical home renovation take?
Timelines depend on scope. A single bathroom or kitchen renovation may take 2–4 weeks, while a full villa or apartment renovation can take 6–12 weeks. We confirm a realistic schedule after the site visit and finalised scope.
Do you handle both design and execution?
Yes. We support layout planning, material and finish selection, and full execution with our own site teams and vetted trade partners, so you deal with a single point of contact.
Can you work within my budget?
We work across a range of budgets and will always share a transparent, itemised quotation before work begins, so you can adjust scope or finishes to suit your budget.
Do I need to move out during renovation?
For contained works such as a single bathroom or kitchen, most residents stay in the property. For full-home renovations we will advise if temporary relocation is recommended based on scope and dust/noise levels.
Do you provide free site visits and quotations?
Yes, site visits and quotations are provided free of charge with no obligation to proceed.
What is included in your fit-out packages?
Typical packages include demolition and preparation, MEP works, carpentry and joinery, false ceilings and partitions, flooring, painting, and final snagging — tailored to the scope agreed in your quotation.
Do you handle permits and approvals?
Where a project requires building management, landlord or community approval, we help prepare the required documentation and coordinate timing around approval windows.
What payment structure do you follow?
Payment is typically staged against project milestones, agreed in writing before work starts. Full details are shared in your project agreement.
Can I see samples of previous work?
Yes, our Projects page features photos from completed renovation and fit-out works. Some project titles are placeholders pending client permission for public naming.
Do you offer warranty on completed works?
We stand behind our workmanship and address genuine defects raised soon after handover; specific warranty terms are confirmed in your project agreement.

Do you dispose of renovation waste?
Yes, waste removal and site clean-up are included in our standard renovation and fit-out scope unless otherwise agreed.
